In addition to the report I am always happy to review the house with you in person at the end of the report. I would normally suggest someone attends after an hour after I start and I will run through the problems and any unusual features. What is the process?

On the day of the home inspection, you can choose to walk around with the inspector during an initial site evaluation. We’ll take you through the home and look at potential issues related to wiring, moisture, any infestations, and so on.

After your home inspection, we’ll hand you a written home inspection report that details our findings. The home inspection report will have photos and descriptions of any damage that we find. All of the visuals in this comprehensive report ensure that you can get repair estimates more easily too.



Common Issues We Look For During Home Inspections



Roof Leaks and Other Roof Issues

Your inspector might climb up on the roof to check the shingles and the state of the roof. We’re checking that there’s nothing rotted and that there are no shingles needing repair. We’ll also check for roof leaks.



Electrical System

Finally, we’ll look at electrical issues too. We want to ensure that everything is up to code and that your residential property is in no danger of any electrical issues.
